Eric’s IPA #5 is a Rye IPA dry hopped with Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria. These lends itself to aromas of tangerine zest and notes of orange blossom honey, candied orange peel and cantaloupe. Heavy use of flaked and malted rye provides a soft mouthfeel and also dries the beer out, adds a hint of earthy spice on the back end.
